Breathwork Healing Sessions

Breathwork is an active breathing technique that allows you to connect with your breath in order to somatically release some of the charge in your nervous system of stress, trauma, grief, loss, rage, frustration, resentment, and any other suppressed emotions. On one level, Breathwork is activating, and on another level, it allows you to relax while releasing stress and limiting beliefs. Breathwork aligns you with your inner wisdom and will leave you feeling lighter and more connected to your body, mind and soul.

1-1 BREATHWORK HEALING SESSIONS are a 75-minute deep dive where I led you to use the breath to override your thinking, analytical mind to awaken your body's own innate intelligence to support the release some of the charge in your nervous system of suppressed emotions. Breathwork helps you to get back to who you are on a soul level - your authentic self.

Join us for a group Breathwork Healing Session. Breathwork is an active, 3-part breath that clears our nervous system of emotional debris and shifts us into a state of consciousness that helps to support heightened intuition and profound clarity. Breathwork helps you to get back to who you are on a soul level - your authentic self. Breathwork healing group sessions are held virtually and in person.
