1-1 Breathwork Sessions:

1-1 Breathwork sessions are a 75-minute deep dive where I led you to use the breath to override your thinking, analytical mind and awaken your body's own innate intelligence to support the release some of the charge in your nervous system of suppressed emotions.

Group Breathwork Sessions:

Breathwork healing group sessions, whether virtual or in person, are an opportunity to heal with community. All levels of experience are welcome. Each session will begin with instruction in this breathing technique and end with a conversation about the experience.

Breathwork And Meditation Retreats:

At Nourish we believe in order to truly nourish anyone else, we have to prioritize our own nourishment. Nourish is a heart-centered community where we combine Vedic Meditation, Breathwork and food as medicine to provide a space for people to nourish their mind, body and soul.
